We follow the fortunes of three chefs in their quest to earn prestigious 'chef's hats' (the equivalent of our Michelin stars). Witness the tears, tantrums and triumphs, all under the watchful eye of restaurant critic Matthew Evans - the man who can make or break them. The heat is on!

Welcome to the Cooking Zone

We love food, we love to cook and like to share our recipes with you.

This will become and host a growing sample of the best recipes you can find on the internet. The aim is that only pure and natural ingredients are used.

We hope that the Cooking Zone becomes your resource on cooking healthy meals for your family.

We will be adding quick meals and snacks for when life takes over and you only have a few minutes to feed the hungry kids, your husband or partner an any surprise guests. There will also be sumptious menus for the dinner party and meals for special seasons. We will add Hot & Spicy dishes from near and afar places, to help you recreate that special you had whilst on holiday.

My friends and I hope that this will be a popular place for you and your friends, to visit and sample our recipes. Please let other people know of the "Cooking Zone". You can also submit your tried and tested recipes for others to share.

We have some great kitchen tips and if you have a super tip to share with others please do let us know. There will be no prizes, but you will get a mention on the Cooking Zone for sharing your knowledge and cooking skills.
